Chicago Board of Trade rice futures ended limit down Tuesday, with Monday's crop progress report applying downward pressure.

July rice ended down 50 cents to $22.24 per cwt, September rice finished down 50 cents to $19.59 and November rice ended 50 cents lower at $19.40.
