Chicago Board of Trade rice futures traded limit up for the second straight day Thursday on growing concerns about how Myanmar's cyclone will affect world rice supplies.

September and November rice both closed up 75 cents to $20.35 per cwt. July rice closed up 75 cents to $22.35 and traded 50 cents higher synthetically, a trader said. May rice, which traded without limits, was up 95 cents to $22.50.
