Domestic Situation: Domestic milled rice price quotes were steady to higher in the south and steady in California. By-products were mostly steady to higher in the south and steady in California.
 
In the south, long grain rice prices were steady to 1.00 higher, quoted mostly at 30.50-32.00; medium grain prices were steady to 1.00 higher; parboiled rice prices were steady to instances 3.00 higher, quoted mostly at 32.50-35.00; second heads were steady; brewers were unevenly 1.00 higher to 1.00 lower, quoted mostly at 17.00-18.00. Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were
unevenly 10.00 higher to 10.00 lower, mostly steady; millfeed was steady; hulls were steady to 3.00 higher.
 
In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady, quoted mostly at 27.50-28.00; short grain prices were steady; second heads were steady; brewers were steady. Rice bran was steady; rice hulls were steady.
