Domestic Situation: Domestic milled rice price quotes were steady to higher in the south and Steady in California. By-products were mostly steady to higher in the south and steady in California.
 
In the south, long grain rice prices were steady to 3.00 higher, quoted mostly at 29.00-31.50; medium grain prices were steady to 2.00 higher, quoted mostly at 26.50-29.00; parboiled rice prices were steady to 1.00 higher, quoted mostly at 30.50-33.50; second heads were steady to 2.00 higher; brewers were steady to 1.50 higher, quoted mostly at 17.00-18.00. Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were steady to instances 5.00 higher; millfeed was mostly steady, instances 2.00 higher; hulls were untested.
 
In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady, quoted mostly at 27.50-28.00; short grain prices were steady; second heads were steady; brewers were 50-75 cents higher. Rice bran was steady; rice hulls were steady.
