Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were steady to instances 5.00 higher; millfeed was mostly steady, instances 2.00 higher; hulls were untested. In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady, quoted mostly at 27.50-28.00; short grain prices were steady; second heads were steady; brewers were 50-75 cents higher. Rice bran was steady; rice hulls were steady.
