Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were uneven, near steady; millfeed was steady to 2.00 higher; hulls were steady. In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady to firm, quoted mostly at 27.50; short grain prices were steady to 50 cents higher; second heads were steady 1.00 higher; brewers were steady to instances 1.50 lower.
