Physical rice export prices in Thailand were mostly higher Thursday with prices being supported by a strong Thai baht along with the surging demand for parboiled varieties.

Thai 100% grade B was offered Thursday at $380-$383 PMT, FOB, 5% broken at $370-$374 PMT, FOB, while parboiled 100% sortexed was offered at $393-$398 PMT, FOB. These prices are higher by $3-$5 PMT, FOB than prices offered Wednesday.
