Thailand's Commerce Ministry has decided to invite fresh bids early next month in a tender to sell 100,000 MT from a total of 1 million MT earlier Sold to a defaulter trading company.

The rice which was earlier sold to President Agri Trading Company, one of Thailand's largest rice exporters failed to take delivery of the rice and would not be allowed to bid in the new tender.
