Chicago Board of Trade rice futures finished lower Thursday and at session lows as light speculative selling and hedge-related pressure in September lowered prices.

Sept rice fell 10 cents to $10.42 per hundredweight, Nov also declined 10 cents to 10.75 and Jan settled 8 1/2 cents lower to $11.07 1/2.
