The most of the exported rice of Argentine in 2006 was concentrated in four companies: Glencore, Adecoagro, Cooperative Rice of Villa Elisa and Semillas and Cereales which riched 52% of the total.

Argentina exported a total of 550,000 MT during the 2006 what meants an increase of 46% in value respect to the previous year. His main importer was Brazil that acquired 282,800 MT.
