Wednesday, seven vessels at Vietnam’s Saigon port were waiting to be loaded with 70,450 MT of rice for the Philippines, Cuba and Indonesia.

Last week, two vessels left the port carrying a total 21,000 MT of 15% broken rice for Indonesia, while three vessels carrying a combined 30,300 MT of 25% broken rice departed for the Philippines.
