Panama Rice Farmers Worried About Debt

Due to damages caused by the acarus spinky plague two years ago, a group of rice producers of Coclé (Panama) have debts valued in more than 16,3 million USD.

Rice producers met last week with the Commission of Farming Subjects of the National Assembly and the Ministry of Farming Development with the purpose of looking ways to reduce the debt.
