Mexico: With TLCAN rice imports raised a 70%

From the implantation of the Free Trade Agreement of North America, Mexico in 1994, rice imports increased a 70%.

According to the Secretary of the Independent Farmers Central (CCI), if terms in the agreement are not modified, will increase the dependency of broad for several basic raw materials.
