Vietnam Rice Prices Unchanged Amid Ample Local Supply Tue

Vietnamese rice export prices were mostly unchanged in the week to Tuesday as local supply of rice for export remained high even though exporters have increased their delivery activities. The trader forecast prices to stay little changed in the coming weeks as they are already at their highest levels in recent years. 
 
In Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region, traders quoted indicative prices for high-quality 5% broken rice at $300 PMT and 25% broken grade at $285 PMT, unchanged from last week.
