In Vietnam, prices were also steady Friday, supported by strong domestic prices courtesy of high demand from exporters who have pending orders to fill. According to one exporter, prices are likely to rise next month as fresh
supply coming from the ongoing harvest of the main crop have already been committed for export.

Current prices are high despite the harvest. We can expect prices to go up when farmers complete harvesting of the crop next month. Vietnam's 5% broken was offered steady Friday at $300 PMT, FOB, Ho Chi Minh City, the 25% broken was offered at $280-$285 PMT.
