Vietnam Rice Prices Unchanged On Stable Local Supply

Vietnamese rice export prices were unchanged in the week to Tuesday as the local supply of exportable rice remained stable. Local companies have bought large volumes of rice from farmers and are waiting for export delivery for Indonesia and the Philippines, so prices were unchanged this week.

In Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region, traders quoted indicative prices for high-quality 5% broken rice at $300 PMT and 25% broken grade at $285 PMT unchanged from last week.
