Thailand Rice Export Prices Higher On Surging Demand

Indicative rice export prices in Thailand continued their bull run in the week to Wednesday with prices getting a huge boost by the surging demand amid limited supplies.

Thai 100% grade B was indicated Wednesday at $720-$730 PMT, FOB, 5% broken at $710-$715 PMT, FOB and parboiled at $700 PMT, FOB. These prices are higher by around $150/ton from price indications given a week earlier.
