Thailand Rice Export Prices Steady Friday

Physical rice export prices in Thailand were steady Friday as prices were supported by burgeoning demand for low-grade varieties.


Thailand is also expected to supply up to 245,000 MT of rice to the Philippines based on offers made in an auction Friday.
 
 
Thai 100% grade B was offered steady Friday at $332-$334 PMT, FOB, 5% broken at $323-$325 PMT, FOB, while parboiled 100% sortexed was offered at $330-$335 PMT, FOB.
