Thailand's state agency is carrying 4 million MT of rice in warehouses and is spending THB1.2 million ($37,147) a year to regulate rice stockpiles.

On Monday, Thai 100% grade B was offered a tad lower at $332 PMT, FOB compared with $333 PMT last week; while 5% broken was also offered slightly lower at $323-$325 PMT, FOB versus $325 PMT a week ago.
