In Thailand, vessels have arrived in Bangkok port, and are waiting to be loaded with rice for shipment, mostly to Iran and Iraq.

Additionally, the Thai baht has continued to gain ground against the dollar, and is thus providing bullish support for the market.

Thai 100% grade B was offered Thursday at $330-$332 PMT, FOB, while 5% broken was offered at $323-$325 PMT, and parboiled 100% sortexed was offered at $325-$330 PMT. These prices were little changed from prices offered Wednesday.
