Domestic milled rice price quotes were steady in the south and in California. By-products were uneven in the south and steady in California.

In the south, long grain rice prices were steady, quoted mostly at 19.00- 19.50; medium grain prices were steady, quoted mostly at 22.00-25.00; parboiled rice prices were steady, quoted mostly from 20.00-25.00; second heads were steady to instances 1.00 higher; brewers were steady to instances 1.00 higher.

Brokens were in very tight supply with few trades reported. Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were steady with very tight spot supplies; millfeed and hulls were again poorly tested with few if any actual sales reported
