Domestic Situation: Domestic milled rice price quotes were uneven in south and steady in California this week. By-products were uneven in the south and steady in California.
 
In the south, long grain rice price quotes were steady to firm, quoted mostly at 23.00-24.00; medium grain prices were steady to 1.50 lower, quoted mostly at 30.00-31.50; parboiled quotes were steady, quoted mostly at 27.50-28.00; second heads were steady, quoted mostly at 17.50-18.00; brewers were steady, quoted mostly at 15.00-17.00. Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were 5.00 higher to 4.00 lower; millfeed was steady; hulls were steady.
 
In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady; short grain prices were steady; second heads were steady; brewers were steady. Rice bran was steady, hulls were steady.
