Domestic Situation: Domestic milled rice price quotes were steady to instances 50 cents higher in south and steady in California this week. By-products were steady to higher in the south and steady in California.
 
In the south, long grain rice price quotes were steady to instances 50 cents higher, quoted mostly at 23.00-24.00; medium grain prices were steady, quoted mostly at 31.50-33.00; parboiled quotes were steady, quoted mostly at 27.50- 28.00; second heads were steady, quoted mostly at 17.50-18.00; brewers were steady, quoted mostly at 15.00-17.00. Rice by-products: Offers for rice bran were steady to 5.00 higher; millfeed was steady; hulls were steady.
 
In California, medium grain milled rice prices were steady; short grain prices were steady; second heads were steady; brewers were steady. Rice bran was steady, hulls were steady.
