USDA Export Sales Highlights

Net sales of 147,300 MT were two and one-half times the previous week and 86 percent over the prior 4-week average.  The primary buyers were Japan (39,700 MT), Mexico (31,100 MT), Haiti (22,700 MT), Honduras (12,700 MT), El Salvador (8,700 MT), Guatemala (7,500 MT), and Ghana (6,900 MT).  Exports of 78,500 MT were 16 percent below the previous week, but 4 percent over the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were Japan (39,200 MT), Mexico (10,000 MT), Honduras (9,200 MT), and Haiti (8,900 MT).
