USDA US Rice Export Sales For This Week

Net sales of 78,200 MT were nearly three and three-quarters times the previous week and 8 percent above the prior 4-week average.

Increases were reported for Cuba (25,000 MT), Mexico (24,700 MT), Japan (10,300 MT), Guatemala (5,000 MT), and Canada (4,200 MT).

Exports of 51,400 MT were 14 percent below the previous week and 25 percent under the prior 4-week average.

The primary destinations were Mexico (13,100 MT), Haiti (7,400 MT), El Salvador (6,800 MT), Saudi Arabia (6,600 MT), Taiwan (4,000 MT), and Honduras (3,000 MT).
