Peru: Opening of foreign markets for rice export

The Ministry of Agriculture of Peru (Minag), has urged to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) to activate the negotiations and to obtain that the rice producers of Peru export to the markets of Colombia and Ecuador. Recently the Association of Rice Producers of Peru, requested to Minag that accelerates the permissions for exports within the agreements of the Andean Community (DOG).
