Vietnam Begins New Taxes On Rice Exports

The Vietnamese government has imposed the new proposed taxes on rice exports from Friday which will have to be paid on contracts priced over $800 PMT, FOB.
 

According to Vietnamese Ministry of Finance, the government temporarily won't impose taxes on rice exports that are priced below $800 PMT.
