Vietnam Exports To Indonesia To Cross 1.3 billion USD

Vietnam's export to Indonesia reached a figure of 766.5 million USD in the first six months of 2007, which is up  almost70 percent over the same period in 2006. The figure is likely to reach an all time high of 1.3 billion USD by years’ end.

Vietnam's Rice exports of 644,000 MT to Indonesia earned nearly 209 million USD, while exports of coffee, tea and rubber also fetched more than 65 million USD from the market.

Vietnam has targeted earnings of 1.75 billion USD per year from exports to Indonesia by 2010.
