Vietnam's Rice Exports Accounts US$1.3 Bil Last Year

Vietnam's three crops, namely coffee, rubber and rice, have been ranked in the world's top ten in terms of export turnover.

Last year, the country exported around 800,000 MT of coffee beans, earning more than US$1 billion, next to Brazil, and 4.7 million MT of rice worth US$1.3 billion, next to Thailand.

Meanwhile, rubber exports fetched US$1.5 billion, ranking Vietnam fifth after Thailand, Indonesia, India and Malaysia in terms of revenues.
