Indonesia: Floods Affecting Rice Fields

Recent floods occurring over the past few days in Lebak District of Banten Province in Indonesia have inundated thousands of hectares of rice fields.

According to farmers, flood waters reached a height of up to one meter in some parts and submerged thousands of hectares of rice fields over the past three days.

In Cigemblong sub district, a total of 150 hectares of rice fields have been affected.
