India Allows Exports Of Non Basmati Rice Seeds

India's central government has allowed the export of some seeds of non-basmati rice and corn with immediate effect.

India had earlier banned exports of non-basmati rice and corn in a move to curb spiraling prices of the commodities in local markets, and to rein in surging inflation.
